On October 30, 2017, the doctors and staff of Hawaii Vision Associates celebrated the grand opening of the Kuakini call center with a Disney themed Halloween party.
Because every patient phone call and inquiry is important, our company now has a call center. This new system ensures that all patient calls are answered and all inquires regarding scheduling and billing are addressed in a timely manner.
